VOUCHER VALUE
Vouchers are available in values of £20 £30, £40, £50, £60, £80, £100, £120, £150, £180, £200, and can be redeemed against any of my services, except Office Massage.

PROCESS

Go to the Booking form and complete and make payment. Once payment has been received, I will send you an email with the voucher which you can print out and give to the recipient. Details to book the treatment, will be on the voucher.

REDEEMING THE VOUCHER

Vouchers can be used as full or partial payment towards a massage treatment. If the value of the treatment exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid at the time of booking. No change will be given if the voucher exceeds the treatment cost.

BOOKING

Advanced booking is required for all treatments. When booking, please mention the use of the voucher to secure your appointment.

EXPIRY

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, the voucher will no longer be valid and cannot be extended or refunded.

REFUND POLICY

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. Just like for regular treatment bookings, If the recipient of the voucher needs to cancel or reschedule the appointment, they will need to give at least 24 hours’ notice.

Voucher Validity Period: Valid for 12 months from purchase

Non-Refundable: This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. It can be used as full or partial payment towards any of my services offered. If the value of the treatment exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid at the time of booking.

Transfers: Vouchers can be transferred to another person but cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded once purchased.

Advanced booking: required for all services. Please mention that you are redeeming a voucher when making your booking.

Appointment times: subject to availability and must be booked in advance. I recommend booking early to secure your preferred date and time.

Booking Policy: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellation or reschedule

Exclusions: Voucher redemption are not valid with other discounts or promotions. Vouchers are valid for one-time use only and cannot be redeemed for multiple treatments. Vouchers cannot be used towards the purchase of products, only services.
